evening meals but breakfast was just what you needed after and early morning swim in the outdoor pool

they even gave us a ride in a golf buggy to bowood house, and picked us up

for spa treatments in our room and had, dined in the restaurant with was excellent and used the pool and drank

pool was fabulous, the staff were lovely and very helpful

property is easy to find and has parking right near the rooms, a good spot to visit bath & surrounding areas

we arrived in a storm :) the wifi was a little iffy so working here would be a bit of a challenge as it kept

some bottled water in the room or some snacks available in the bar but even that was nothing to worry

far too cramped, especially considering we had arranged for a pet to stay

the swimming pool and onsite gym is also a fantastic positive

the room service wasn t available and my sister struggles with anxiety but we made it work in the end

gym was dated and the treadmills were effectively out of order -- really need to spruce that part

in and out was quick, facilities were brilliant, the little bar they now have is great too

when entering our room their was bags of dirty laundry in the hallway which made it feel like the staff didn

hotel - its been recently refurbished so everything was new and the spa facilities were excellent

we sent out laundry that didn't come back as planned, but the staff was wonderful and very responsive about

lovely accomodation staff - even offered early check in

i stayed at apex for my graduation and the staff were so lovely, they arranged an early check in for me to get

spa like feel to the place, staff that were the kindest, excellent bed and en-suite, generous and

yard is ideally placed for our visit to the thermal spa just 10 to 15 minutes away

service at both the bar and for breakfast was outstanding

the added bonus of a mini bar if you like that

in a basement and the courtyard directly outside the window was a thoroughfare for gardeners and laundry

the bedding out in the middle of corridors and cupboards open looked like you in the middle of laundry and had

food is great, especially breakfast
