there was no communal lounge or bar though the manager informed that the hotel will be accommodating a bar very shortly with the

bar and quality of breakfast

it's a b&b hotel, so no lunch or evening food but they are just having a bar installed

corridor smells of kitchen cooking in evening, we got a massive whiff of curry on arrival which is off putting

pool area is very relaxing with sauna, steam room and jacuzzi and not too busy

they can do, but the location is not the best for a phone signal, a lot of times you have to use wifi calling, they could try and boost the wifi somehow

not stayed here for over 20 years and expectations where high but alas we found our room tired , wifi almost no existent and its 2023 phone and no signal on tv

room was clean and the £10 late check out fee to stay until 5pm was most welcome after the marathon

there 4 x now still not got a late check out with a little talking allowed to check out 1pm instead of 12 noon

it was such a waste of money the bed was not comfy the bathrooms are the size of a laundry basket staff were rude as

breakfast was excellent with great choices, good bar area and superbly decorated throughout, next time we’re in ponty this is where we’ll stay
