i got charged 5 for room service which i couldn t believe as the hotel was so quiet

we had tao rooms but was going to a festival so needed early check in

there 4 x now still not got a late check out with a little talking allowed to check out 1pm instead of 12 noon

it was such a waste of money the bed was not comfy the bathrooms are the size of a laundry basket staff were rude as

room was clean and the £10 late check out fee to stay until 5pm was most welcome after the marathon

the bar staff were very welcoming and the bar snacks were very reasonable as was room service

kids squealing in the pool at 9pm, needs to be a cut off time for children using the pool, not any

the guys who ran the bar were friendly and the reception staff were so accommodating

advice i'd give is we were initially going to have the bar menu rather than al carte, however we only got the set menu and al carte menu

clean comfortable room with all amenities, plenty of parking on site, great little pub next door that serves a large choice of tasty food

manager was very welcoming and helpful; a big plus to have off-road parking and the busy pub was a lovely place to relax

the owners were very accommodating as i arrived late and they were happy to arrange room service for me

the wifi was also very fast
