breakfast was good quality and staff were very friendly

i only had a little mishap during breakfast as someone else used our room number for breakfast.

it was great having a guest laundry to use

little bit of a problem finding a lounger around the pool, with many people leaving towels and/or robes on loungers, but not seemingly in the spa

niggle -- but the underground access to the spa at the hotel end deserves a lift rather than the stairs

amazing rooms, breakfast and pool. we will be visiting again!

i didn t get wifi as there was an issue with the router.

& helpful staff, plenty of car parking spaces and the room was well appointed and warm, with a spacious bathroom

the room service pizza was terrible and the bed was uncomfortable. the parking a nightmare

hotel accommodated our pet dog, the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and the sauna were a great bonus

the pancake maker was brilliant and loved the sauna and pool on the morning

location was great for the cricket world cup game, and the staff were amazing, as was the late check out and breakfast

the best but i dont mind it overall its in a quiet area really good place to stay and take your kids to

the little touches like leaving a chocolate bar and bottled water made it a lot more personable than other hotels

a mixed party of 8 the location of the hotel in relation to the superb golf course next door suited the gents while the ladies went on shopping and tour trips, everyone

was nice -right by the golf club

i had a very early start so did not get to enjoy the breakfast, but the room was excellent and i have no complaints what so ever about my stay, will
