it was for 4 adults, however, when we checked in they had it notated that it was 2 adults and 2 kids

she explained that she was not allowed to write '3 kids' on the coupon

the coffee bar in the lobby was exceptional nice

room service does not visit rooms unless requested, which is fine during covid

i also didn't like that they don't offer room service

the 24 hour help #…she gave me a code for a “concierge closet” which turned out to be a laundry room with two locked closets… so no tv for our two night stay

not good value for money for a company that has only virtual staff - laundry uses coins and doesn't have detergent, rooms are small, no facility apart from parking

laundry needs a boat load of quarters, which means it's as good as having no guest laundry

the dryer didn’t dry so well in the laundry room!
