good wifi, large room

the filtered water and fresh milk bar in the corridor is inspirational

the staff were amazing, the room was really homely and the breakfast was delicious

sat down in the bar, we noticed for 30-45 minutes the tables was full

paying 10 per night for parking!

it was dirty, far too many people were there and i still had to pay full price even though the pool was closed

no breakfast room service. room service starts at noon.

even the bar tender was friendly and made us custom cocktails

unfortunately the spa was closed for maintenance, however we were aware of that prior to booking

only negative thing i can comment on was the wifi was very poor for mobile services and using my laptop for

wifi, its free but doesnt work well, and 4g was intermittent

wifi did not work at all

we had dinner there both nights and the food was great, the breakfast in the mornings was excellent

onsite restaurant with good made to order breakfast and nice dinner available for all hotel residents if desired

only criticism was we were in room 5 above the bar and the speakers are in the ceiling of the bar which gave us a droning sound in our room

i did not have breakfast or dinner this time at the hotel but had a drink in the bar when i returned in the evening with colleague's

very friendly and helpful from eleonor on reception through to mary and tessa in the bar and restaurant

large and heated swimming pool

the outdoor swimming pool was very warm, clean , very popular with families with small children and have a lifesaver

surprisingly expansive hotel with a good feel in a good location and the kids loved the pool

room was comfy and clean bathroom too loved the swimming pool and breakfast, a real bonus!

room sizes, comfortable beds, air con, buffet breakfast, indoor swimming pool with steam & sauna rooms and a spa

was so unclean and uncomfortable, the walls were super thin and we could hear people in the gym

our room was next to the gym so when people were using the treadmill, it thumped in our room.

we had drinks in the bar which were very reasonable and breakfast which although a busy time came quickly and was a

lovely bar with huge open fire, where simon the bar man was very attentive

decoration, comfortable seating throughout, excellent bed & bathroom, friendly staff and good breakfast, what more could you ask for

property is beautiful, parking is readily available, nice and very polite staff and the food was amazing

dated decor, it felt very dark everywhere and the gym was very small.

was fine except getting through to room service took ages and i had to go down myself to place an order

creaky floorboards in the room, the room phone didn't work, there weren't any room service menus in the room, the toilet flusher was broken, charged my credit card twice

had a continental breakfast - toast, pastries, cereals, a selection of fruit, tea, coffee and juices available

were so lovely, they just did everything possible to make our stay perfect, and also offered early check in and late check out options to accommodate our timing

great room separate for kids

lovely big bed and great arrangement with the kids beds too. surprisingly quiet too

staff were lovely and the breakfast was good the bacon was amazing

however, the bar staff looked after us all night and the food that was on offer was superb

free parking also the free wifi which my kids loved, which helped me and my partner to relax

didn't like the fact that most of the tv channels were not working, we had 3 kids and only 1 cartoon channel was working

is great even requested a late check out as our flight was at night
