happy with this hotel, we were given a large room as had 2 kids with a big bathroom

had emailed weeks before and telephoned several times to arrange an early check in time, i usually use holiday in express where this isn't an issue, i fully understand

like in a lot of older buildings the wifi can be a tad slow in the room but it was ok.

if you want to reduce your expenses then it would be better to do so by reducing the room service frequency
