wifi was too slow/weak

i asked for a bath and late check out which we did

issue was parking as not enough spaces, understandable at the new one was under maintenance, however having a

guests reminded there are other people staying when they want to let their kids run up and down the hallways

put choclate bars

we left at 5am and the majority of the breakfast bar was out apart from

noisy kids and family above

arrived early wife 8 months pregnant and booking at warner studios for 3pm requested early check in - on

we could take drinks from the bar to our room, even ordered a take away to our room

room service didn t bother replenishing our toilet paper so we had to go to reception and ask for

room service when it said it provides it,staff were rude,no remote for the tv,they told me have you

also very handy to have off road parking

we enjoyed the pool and spa.

nice week with the holiday inn staff kids had a great time in the pool and we enjoyed eating as much as we could at breakfast

just shame there is no place inside for kids to play. but it is very family friendly.
