love the place, a pool for relaxation, the breakfast was superb

comfy bed and linens, lovely crabtree & evelyn shower products, bar tender was super nice and fixed us up with

as stated before, no wifi, in the morning we were able to connect for few minutes and suddenly disconnected

the water in the hot tub in the spa was toxic

spa experience was very basic at best. would not recommend the spa.

also, the hotel advertises spa & wellness services, but these are managed by an external company

had a spa that was never open that s why want to book that hotel

thing i can think of is the frequency of the airport shuttle

late check out until 6:30 pm for just 50 cad

good thing was pet was welcomed

asked about the spa services and i was given a very vague response such as i need to take a shuttle - ok where

views - easy to taxi / drive into the city - went early july and had the tennis courts, bikes and spa facilities

i had booked myself for a spa massage and it was absolutely fab

they also extended a late check out, even when they were sold out

you like you re from another planet, then you have to bring down to the reception your bag of laundry as it
