the pool and spa area

the pool was wonderful and the spa treatments across the driveway was amazing

cleanliness of the spa and pool in the basement

spa is very good too

we enjoyed the well kept pool and spa area every day

we have to cross the street to get to the spa but no pedestrians crossing lines

as soon walked into the pool area my kids and wife coming paint about their eyes started to hurt

rooms are very small and poorly cleaned it has dust everywhere, the pool is icy and the spa is not hot at all

the pool was cloudy and he said he couldn't see when he was swimming.

attitude on saturday, which is understandable because she had to deal with calls about screaming kids

and an odd and awkward shape and with kids jumping in you really had to watch them

pool a little cold but with the mix spa and pool it was ok

i specifically contact them to make sure the spa was functional

also, the hotel advertises spa & wellness services, but these are managed by an external company

spa experience was very basic at best. would not recommend the spa.

downside is that the last photo (the one with the gym facility and spa) they posted on booking is very misleading

staff allowed a late check out then stored my luggage so that was nice

especially the shuttle bus chauffeur was very kind and helpful to guide us about things available in and around
