specifically picked this hotel because of the spa

price was reduced due to covid restrictions, but it should be for not having any access to pool, spa or breakfast

that pool wasnt open but with covid understandable

they room was nice. had a spa tub and very clean.

indoor pool and spa was nice

loud kids running around playing hide and seek it was horrible all evening and early morning

gym facility lacked weights.

also, there was no towel bar to hang a hand towel on

i did however wipe down the surfaces and the spa tub due to my personal preference

for a spa room that didnt exist

we also booked a spa room for the extra price and unfortunately you cant have the jets on and light off at the

our spa experiences, our meals at the cabin, and our accommodations at the resort were all amazing

i loved our room, loved the spa robes and the technicians at the spa were very professional and friendly

we also booked spa treatments and they were fabulous

on line it said there was a spa tube when in fact there was faults advertising

com website there is an error saying the hotel had a spa tub

wifi, but it really wasn t the fault of the hotel - there had been a power outage during a storm

i liked the free parking also

bar was very busy, understaffed and the bartenders were somewhat rude initially

100 dollar hold for each night for incidentals but does not have room service at all, so i'm not sure why this

parking lot not plowed correctly,my husband got two people unstuck and instead of a thank you was

breakfast options were plentiful with sausage, scrambled eggs, fruit, and waffles

the couch had pet fur or it was shedding. the sheets had stains on it

when i asked to remove the mini bar they said they will charge me i was surprised for what, i called room
