specifically booked this hotel for the spa bathtub

was right above smoking area outside and bathroom was small and fan extra loud also wasn't given wifi password

thing that couldnt be changed, like the window was quite small so not much natural light and the spa was close

the bed was very comfortable. the poor and spa were clean and well maintained.

rooms are small, but what they lack in space they make up for with class and character

the staff is great and also love the bar and food

great valet service and bar and food was amazing as well

are pet friendly, have no pet fee, have valet parking, and the rooms are just so beautiful

no gym, empty downtown, not the hotels fault, though it felt soulless

hotel was easy to access, valet parking was easy and convenient, and the cleveland arcade had a spa for some

wish the spa would have been open on sunday and monday but i understand that these types of businesses don

there s also a wonderful spa and a couple great restaurants in there as well

wifi was very poor in our room

t attentive, building was decrepit, they charged $200 deposit and there was nothing in the mini bar or snacks

had i been alone, i never would have paid the >$750 (plus pet fee) for the room

is excellent everything in walking distance and right off highway close to everything, pet friendly, awesome,

liked best that the room was a nice size and included a kitchen sink and stove and other things that make a

grab n go breakfast was kinda less than stellar

location to the roller skating rink i was visiting close restaurants peace and quiet no smoking no loud rowdy

there were only two handicap parking spaces near the front and side entrances

old school italian restaurant on the first floor--- decent food & friendly bar staff

breakfast was not included in price. the cafe was pricey.

they offer shuttle service,nice restaurant/bar,clean rooms,pool, excellent location,and friendly staff

allowed us to do an early check in after our 6am flight was cancelled
