friendly staff and the pub was centrally with high street with parking

were incredibly helpful couldn t do enough for you, food was excellent bar service was excellent, good location and very good

we could hear loud music from the bar in our room

the bar and dining rooms on different levels adding to the attraction of the traditional pub decor and

dogs are also allowed in the bar area

kids loved the waffle/pancake machines and mum loved that there was a selection big enough to

breakfast staff were so friendly and great with the kids

there was nothing in the room about room service or any hotel information

stayed as part of harry potter studio tour package, which included nice little extras for the kids; hp themed treasure hunt and bed spread, welcome pack with hp glasses and cookie etc

arrival not listed on post, breakfast was either late, burnt, missing items or a combination of, room service app not working properly and no phone to call instead, fire alarm went off at 11:30pm

easily accommodating 2 adults and 3 kids

only negative point is the parking

wifi speed is very very low

parking was a huge plus, free and plenty of spaces on a saturday night, and the car park is hidden
