i stayed in the cosy room and had no wifi

responded to messages really quickly for last minute early check in

excellent quality hotel with superb staff from front desk through to bar and restaurant.

bar downstairs is also really convenient for a few drinks, we were also given a complimentary drink

no lift for wheelchair or heavy luggage, noise pollution from the bar until 4am some nights

staff was happy to help with anythink i needed, friendly and the bar was nice and drinks not too badly priced

wifi was not reliable: could not pick it up on my laptop enough to use it while i was there but it

wifi was easy to connect to and seemed fast, so brilliant for working too

i gave it a coca-cola treatment which helped a little but it needed looking into from room service

it's a bit dated and the gym was very basic with mould in the aircon.

the hotel has a small gym but as it is next to rooms you cannot use it until 0800 which is late if you are travelling on

free use of the downstairs laundry if required

also we asked for a late check out as our flight home was later that evening and they were amazing about it and gave

the staff are very friendly and welcoming. very clean hotel. a lovely breakfast

the corridors were always loud, usually kids screaming or people talking

the kitchen was closed so no breakfast was available or any alternative given.

the toilet needed to be cleaned they could not supply breakfast neither a evening meal as the kitchen was out of commission

rooms bar restaurant realy nice for the

room service and whilst meal and dessert good some condiments on tray should have been provided -

fun bar and lounge area with snacks and large screen tv for football

place was quiet, i love the gym facilities, even though not to clean and not well maintained

very nice breakfast and good choice food

connecting to wifi just kept taking to booking for more nights, so i never got to connect.

internet partly was reaching to our room and had to go near the room entrance door to get the wifi signal there was no lift and had to carry the bag to the 3rd

it's across from a tube station which is so helpful when you are dragging tired kids home at the end of a long day

the room was brillant, food very good, great that kids were allowed in the pool till 11pm.

sunday morning the pool was full of children - would have liked some warning.

we returned to the hotel after a long day and the minibar cups were not well cleaned i called the room service twice during my stay to ask them for clean ones
