the pool was exquisite and all facilities were well looked after

everything is spacious too and i haven't touched on the gorgeous room, restaurants and bar lounges

excellent facilities, good parking. buffet menu was better than expected. service was excellent.

a very minor gripe, but having to queue to be seated for breakfast with two hungry kids on tow seemed a trifle 'formal

& brought up linen for pull out bed straight away which was really appreciated to get our kids to bed on time for their big harry potter studio tour adventure early the next bed

wifi in the rooms at the back (in the car park) is very patchy and there is a bit of noise and lack (-)wifi does not reach bedroom (+)room original allocated to me in the main inn had bad wifi and meant that i had to attend a webinar in the bar area to get a connection (-)the wifi in the room was a little weak. (-) we had no wifi for most of the stay (-)wifi was unreliable. air con was poor (-)wifi in the room was not very good and the room i had was really tiny but had all the necessary (-)wifi was a but slow (-)there was no guest information in the room, so no way to get the wifi, no upselling of the restaurant and no times of breakfast, this would of helped a lot (-)wifi did not work at all throughout our stay and we couldn t find anyone to ask about it
