i was in a room on the top floor and there was no wifi signal.

excellent customer service from the receptionist, who doubled as waitress and bar staff

great, rooms perfectly comfortable, great value for money and right location for us and parking available

there is on site parking

the kitchen and the bedrooms were not cleaned often

were 2 adults and 2 kids and stayed in a double room with a foldable sofabed

kids also loved the view from the windows where they could watch the trains go by

early check in cleanliness of the rooms

had asked if it was okay to have late check out the lady had agreed not informing us about the policy of xtra charge 10 an hour
