they have a parking which was very useful for me

parking was also available and used by us

also free parking is a great plus

friendly, continental breakfast excellent, location from underground only 3 mins plus free parking on site

two televisions in the room was probably unnecessary and when you are in bed with the kids asleep you can't control your own tv without switching the other one on

shame the bar wasn t open longer but understand

great variety of food at breakfast which was not only excellent but also

stay in wembley we stayed here so we could visit the bubble place and it was so close to cafe bar and restaurants beautiful room would definitely

the location is super and the gym has all the bits you need to keep ticking over while travelling

fantastic gym

my son used the gym and the pool and the staff there were brilliant as he even entered a gym competition

absolutely everything from the bar to the rooms to the spa and swimming pool and restaurant

the spa was filthy and teeming with kids most of the time (not relaxing

out stay was fully accommodated with early check in and baggage storage

all the staff, from reception, housekeeping, bar and restaurant were welcoming, professional and friendly

we really appreciated the very early check in after our flight from australia

staff were very helpful in the bar & hotel and all seemed to go out of their way to make the stay as comfortable as possible

i didn't use the hotel wifi so i can't comment on that

everything was fairly priced at the bar and we would definitely

appreciated that you could ask for room service but it wasn t automatic as it isn t always necessary and allows you to maintain

the breakfast buffet was great - lots of choice, everything was fresh and tasty and my kids especially loved being able to make their own fresh waffles

staff were so friendly with us, we got free wifi and 24h room service with food is great

from the hotel, there is a beautiful playground which is an asset for families with small kids

staff were helpful when i asked for early check in, all be it was an extra 15 for the 3 hours before regular check in time
