happened to stay room where some kind of laundry machine running like noises all night

the room was very clean, and the laundry facility was great—very useful as we had to stay for a few days

not worth your money especially when early in the am you hear kids running up & down the hall

was given to someone else, secondly they gave me a room on the first floor all you can hear were kids running down the halls all night and then had prank calls at 7am a few times which was

surprise additional $20 per night to park your car, i don't mind the additional $25 a night pet fee but it would be nice if it was part of my total when i made the reservation

in pet fees (non refundable) for our 2 cats for 5 nights, ridiculous

i was made to pay $35+tax for early check in for 2

the breakfast is a little basic but i had a kitchenette so didn’t need it.

not provide laundry items, hairs stuck to bathroom vanity, no paper towels at kitchen area, and room had bugs

at the roof top was great, room was clean and spacious for a family of 4(2 kids under 18) and was a walking distance to a nearby mall that had target and tjmax stores

shuttle service was fast and friendly

i was especially impressed with the bathroom and the spa like shower

i had my 5 month old baby and two other kids had to walk about 15 minutes from the parking to the hotel
