safety bar needed on the shower wall, not just in the tub

would be nice to have a coffee/snacks service throughout the day or at least for the bar to be open before 5pm

staff was excellent and accommodating for early check in. greeted by an exceptional valet.

kitchen and everything i needed

more than one occasion guest had to stand in line for over 15min waiting on food to come from the kitchen

i was a bridesmaid and was not provided any early check in, not even 30 min early

was pixelating all day and there was no phone in the room it had too many glass mirrors we had no pool it had no room service for breakfast and you have to wait to to go outside after 8:00 to get
