happened to stay room where some kind of laundry machine running like noises all night

i was a bridesmaid and was not provided any early check in, not even 30 min early

paid for the laundry machines and one of the check in staff refused to give me the code for free overnight

you don't really get room service unless you ask but we were only there for a week we where good with out it just ask

place- clean, quiet, great pool, lots of room, safe area, great breakfast

bed and pillows very comfortable. pool and gym were great. breakfast was fresh and yummy.

we are a company of five (2 adults, 3 kids) and we booked a double queens room with sofa bed

paid for a room with a patio and pool view but the room did not have a pool view rather the end unit near bushes and a hot and noisy

they always accomodate my requests either for early check in and my preferred floor...

and a complimentary airport shuttle to get there at 4:30am

the shuttle driver was awesome, and most of the staff was very friendly and helpful

ordered room service for 8:15 and they woke us up at 6:15 in error

terrace bar as promised, no place to eat breakfast, even saturday a party goes on under highway bridge til

restaurant and bar facility closed on a sunday

they should not advertise a bar because you could only get beer or wine

i had a lounge with tv, kitchen area, lots of storage space, tv in the bedroom, along with a lovely king-sized bed

i love every inch of my room. to my surprise i had a mini kitchen i didn't expect.

be honest, the kitchen area by the sink, could need more lighting, under counter lighting would definitely make it
