kitchen in our pod this year was smaller than last year as we had a full size oven last time we

the kitchen has washing up liquid and two dishwasher tabs for the two nights we were there

the kitchen was functional, as was the bathroom and the shower was great, with plenty of hot water

the kitchen in the lodge worked just fine

gorgeous, clean room with great kitchen facilities and plenty of room

availability of ev charging points was the main reason for choosing the hotel

in the windsor suite which had full kitchen facilities, dining room and spa bath

bar food and atmosphere staff friendliness food great, clean everywhere and great

the entertainment was not up to par, as the man that did the quiz spoke to everyone like we were kids, we walked out

there was a group of men on the table next to us shouting and swearing which was not nice for the kids to hear

we were an hour early for check in but as the room was ready we could check in but had to pay £10 for early check

the facilities was good and hotel had a bar on the ground floor

refusal to hold bag until 3pm check in despite early check-in in having being arranged in advance i was refused

that the hotel was run a bit like easyjet; to store our bags for a short time cost extra, as did early check in

arrived just to drop bags off prior to check in, but room was ready, so had a nice unexpected early check in
