24 hour gym was really helpful after eating so much pintxos

limited room service, no concierge, one very hostile bartender, and a night time desk person not helpful

hotel gym was amazing, quite small but with gym quality brand new equipment and great air con

drinks offered on arrival and got a token for a drink in the bar - staff very helpful - helped with cases etc and recommended where to go

late check out always a bonus the double room was on the small side - okay for solo traveller

also there was a little play area in the breakfast room for kids

breakfast was superb, a selection of spanish cuisine and british foods presented as a buffet

given that we were with small kids, this was a huge hazard

two small things: maybe it would have been nice if the gym was open later than 22:00 & it there was a toilet brush in the bathroom

also would have loved to visit roof top bar but didn t appear to be

room service and when i ask for a drink to make a toast for new year's eve it has not been possible

it's not easy to travel with kids, and it's just great when u have people that help and make u feel at home :) in our case,

loved sitting in the plaza nueva and watching the kids play football in the late afternoon

we are a large family with 2 kids and 2 dogs but still it was quite comfortable for us

i don´t recommend it for families with small kids, because the breakfast is not available at hotel

the old town is right across the street check in time is 12pm no early check in

our 4 year old son and the hotel provided with a sofa bed for him and a set with toiletries for kids

(-)the restaurant should offer room service for evening meals. helpful if travelling with a dog, (+) dog friendly and good room service (-)could not use the restaurant or the bar or get room service (-)done by your pets - never had to do this before an extra 10 for each dog charged offered room service but didn t answer phone underground parking spaces a bit (-)no coffee/snack facilities. room service food was not good. chips not cooked, chicken burnt (-) no room service and no table in restaurant lunch or evening as there was a fiesta on sunday (+)club sandwich via room service was amazing however the chips were fried so much they were impossible to eat the (-)so had to sit in the room with her all afternoon and night as weather wasn't good and had to get room

attention of the housekeeping staff, the check-in was fast and easy, the bar staff was pretty accomodating and polite

they did play different kinds of music in the bar and outside in the terrace and a bit too loud.
