only the man that arrived was better and people friendly and gave my husband all the details for laundry of his shirts which came back next afternoon to the room

it was very well located, near the guggenheim museum. the room service was also good.

it's not easy to travel with kids, and it's just great when u have people that help and make u feel at home :) in our case,

loved sitting in the plaza nueva and watching the kids play football in the late afternoon

i don´t recommend it for families with small kids, because the breakfast is not available at hotel

we are a large family with 2 kids and 2 dogs but still it was quite comfortable for us

nice room and stay with kids had a beautiful view over the city

were a party of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids and the room is a bit tight for such a group, however we managed ourselves pretty well for

the location and the shuttle to the airport was the main reason for our booking.
