service breakfast was stone cold this was the only disappointment of our staff everything else was spot
by 9:30pm the room service only had pizzas left. the menu didn't work on the qr code either.

just a small thing the lighting in the bar in the evening, it was very bright.
didn't catch the name of the young man on reception and bar but he's an absolute credit to your hotel

get early check in, after contacting through email, and phoning 3 times to ensure we had early check in
the spa bath and the shower were amazing

there were so many beds which had we know we probably would have taken the kids with us on our 25th anniversary

a number of very fair priced items in the mini bar my wife had a canned cocktail that was only 2 ideal while getting ready
you had to go through the bar to get to the lift for the rooms
the staff were super friendly and sorted an early check in for us no problem :) and the decor was gorgeous i loved the room

the hotel doesnt have laundry service, but 5 mins walk from the hotel you can find laundry service
st station easy walking distance to liverpool one, clean room friendly staff and lovely buffet breakfast
great hotel, staff really helpful, very central, wetherspoons accross the road for breakfast.
the wifi was a bit slow but really got no complaints at all
