not overly clean and in poor state of repair, building overall poor state of repair and laundry left out jn

dirty laundry was stored on the

side panel of bath loose and broken; two plugs, neither of which fitted the washbasin; dirty laundry in corridor

was no one on reception when i arrived and wifi code wasn't given however i was checked in after a short wait

they didn t have room service for food or meals other than breakfast

breakfast was tasty

tired but actually very well equipped hotel with enormous room - good wifi - lots of hot water and friendly

clean and comfortable rooms with good heating as it was cold for a couple of days fabulous breakfast staff polite

they also had the secure locked outer door wedged open with a laundry basket

at a charge was able to do a late check out

nice bar and restaurant with exceptional staff throughout the hotel

friendly and attentive the staff were during my stay - from the little touches like tailoring my breakfast

although i put on the search that i needed to hotel to be pet friendly i don't feel its very fair for the hotel

outside room at 0500hrs every morning (laundry loaded on to van) people smoking in room below drifted into our

laundry service outside the room making a racket from 6am

we were disturbed by the laundry van arriving below our room at 6.30 in morning

lovely location, but our room looked out onto the pool building with huge towel and robe laundry wheelie bins

were very pleasant and very helpful, room was very clean and tidy, breakfast good drinks at the bar reasonably

i really like the bar area it was nice to spend the evening there playing uno with kids and watching football
