free parking- a rarity nowadays

s only just been reopened, so everything from parking , reception areas to the rooms are top quality

we found dirty laundry from the previous occupant under the chair indicating not effectively cleaned

the difficulty in finding a parking space on arrival.

seems to be being used to house families which in itself isn't a problem, but kids and adults shouting at 8am

would be helpful if breakfast ran a little later or room service was available for breakfast

problem we found was that the car parking was difficult when a function was being held

room service was prompt and professional, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout

wifi and plenty of shared spaces to work big and airy rooms with plenty of light

5 hour car trip after school and the kids weren't allowed in the pool even though they are 12 and 9 so not very

great location with ev chargers. rooms were clean.

when we were sitting outside the location with our two kids of 10 and under having driven all the way from

kitchen is currently under renovation, so continental only for breakfast at the minute

not enough towels and noisy fan from kitchen.

wifi signal strength could be improved; it was intermittent at best in the rooms, but full strength

the wifi signal wasn t very good.

fact that the kitchen does not have blends and the living room needs window cotton, not blends, sometimes the

com both said the hotel could serve breakfast in the room with room service

was excellent, staff were very friendly and allowed early check in for my husband who was on night shift so he

added bonus off street parking round the back out of sight, perfect for me as i was on my motorbike

not always guaranteed a parking space as the pub is very busy, but so far so good.

laundry bedding was left at the end of each corridor in sight of public, even blocking a fire exit

in bed while after 03:00 and was being woke up at 11:00 to kick me out even though we asked for a late check
