pool was small and crowded

kitchenette location beds are. very comfortable room was very clean and roomy wi-fi works well

the location was really not great just in a big parking lot with highway surrounding it

they had variety of options for breakfast (sausage on biscuit sandwich, scones, make your own waffle, etc), we

were apparently 2 groups of kids staying that night

was a party in the pool room and it resulted in the pool needing to be shut for maintenance the next day

too many noisy kids in the pool so our teen wasn’t interested.

we had our pet with us and they had a dog bed and dog dishes waiting for her in the room

where others charge (sometimes without asking) for slightly early check in or leaving a car behind for a final

we loved our victorian room with a fireplace, it was beautiful

were great- there is a shuttle to newport, a great restaurant, indoor pool, laundry facilities and an outdoor

long line of folks waiting to do laundry into all hours of the night

breakfast was sufficient, liked that they had a guest laundry since we where on a longer trip
