pool is out of order and this should have been on the website or mentioned during booking

layout, how quiet it was and the ease of having a kitchen in our room

lovely friendly staff. very comfortable bed. breakfast was good too.

he was obviously popular with other guests, however, as the bar area was packed

our room was not in the inn, but accessed from the back parking lot of the inn

serv coffee was great 24 hrs restaurant and bar area was above par

vehicle used by the hotel for shuttle service was parked directly in front of the main entrance

i asked what the hotel offers and the front desk told me only about a gym

booked this hotel because it said that the room had a full kitchen

kids loved the waffles during breakfast but no bacon

barely any amenities, no tea in the room, no tissues, no plastic laundry bag, no garbage pail in the bathroom

and bar were closed (on a tuesday) and couldn t even get a drink let alone dinner

kids running and screaming loud talking doors banging at 6 am

couldn t use laundry as it can be only paid by coins, and no where i could change coins.

even the shuttle driver was good - gave me suggestions of restaurants for dinner

when the kids were running up and down the hallway making noise at 10 pm .

they said laundry service was behind so we had no towels for our entire stay

we almost had to switch rooms as 11:30 pm because no one had a key to laundry
