shower was hard too work and very slow, room was small and noisy next to the laundry

laundry van arrived at 6:30 outside our room and made a lot of noise, woke us up

dirty/oily marks on the sheets - perhaps a problem with the laundry

history and the location were great; the staff were great, and the laundry lady worked very hard to have our

very noicy room due to laundry machines

our room wasn t ready when we arrived and cleaning staff have all laundry at out our door still when we got

needed vacuumed, laundry sacks were left in corridors all day and night, trip hazards, cupboards left open with

the bar area with sofas was a nice atmosphere to relax in with a drink and play our board games

swimming pool was nice and warm & great for kids too

the pool and spa facilities were amazing! and the reception staff were lovely.

we couldn't contact anyone to let them know that our order of porridge had been missed from our room service

from reception, housekeeping, laundry, room service, the restaurants, afternoon tea, and the activity teams,

the laundry was returned damp and all my shirts had to re ironed before use.

the gym and leisure facilities were fantastic, most gym equipment was brand new

the spa was amazing the food in the restaurant was amazing

when i called room service and house keeping , no one answered, which made me buy shampoo from the market

evening meals were excellent and so was the breakfast. room and tv and bathroom were excellent

or maybe a cask dark ale at the bar would be good

attended spa and went for walk but as non golfer other activities limited

meal in cristal restaurant was lovely as was breakfast and we also enjoyed the pool and gym area

s a shame that for being pet friendly, dogs are not allowed in any of the public areas so we had to stay mostly

well set up for kids who are welcomed in all parts of the hotel

to go up to our room and got to our floor out of the lift we was greeted by a huge pile of solid laundry on the

good buffet breakfast

30 pm after a long flight hungry, however staff did allow us to order food in, and ate at the bar with a very

much staff as not many guests,so atmosphere was cold,restaurant closed,meals in bar area only,or room service

also, whilst the car park is extremely big, there are 4 disabled parking spaces

health suite was good too - surprisingly good gym for a hotel, with lots of equipment

the food (breakfast and dinners) were sensational, the potions were generous

staff were rude upon on checking in, for it being a pet friendly hotel they didn t not make us feel welcome

first night i was aware of the noise from laundry extractors on our side of the building but they turned off

couldn t open window at night due to noise from laundry room vents on side of building

gym and spa available to guests is really cool, even if we didn t get to use them in the end

love the location, parking, gym, swimming pool and breakfast - all at a great price.

also, the extra 20/night for a pet is a bit steep, was given a dog bed, nice double feed bowls, one packet

no restaurant option. we were next to the laundry storage room and was noisey the morning.

through the corridors there were a lot of housekeeping items left lying about and a huge pile of laundry bags

in room above, bed was rock hard, in the passageway on the way to our room were about 30 bags of laundry, looked

not a criticism but laundry stored under staircase which seemed odd but its an old converted building so maybe

also, the hotels cleaning service was very peculiar ie emptying every room of dirty laundry and dirty crockery
