stayed 3 times now & never been able to connect to the wifi yet

liked the fact that i felt secure and safe even tho we had room service, they cleaned everything and all my

parking was easy and although there was entertainment on downstairs the soundproofing was excellent

it provided everything we needed, comfortable bed, spacious room, off road parking and a very reasonably priced

and a special thanks to jack and the girls in room service, as we left behind a box containing jewellery, they

views, staff service excellent, food at breakfast and dinner very good, bar ideal, pool sauna steam room superb

i actually arrived very early and an early check in was no issue at all - nic was excellent

prices in the bar and restaurant were very reasonable especially for being a hotel

and bar were both fantastic and very reasonably priced

about this hotel is amazing: room size comfort spa bar breakfast restaurant desk service all

didn't like dinner, the tv was terrestrial, so i never enjoyed it, there was no laundry, no fridge in the room

they put us next door to a laundry room and could hear banging all night from that

we could hardly get near the bar most of the time, far to many people from the boxing hanging around the bar

it was very close to the golf club where we were attending a wedding

the bar meal was excellent

to go up to our room and got to our floor out of the lift we was greeted by a huge pile of solid laundry on the

free wifi was good and allowed me to work from my laptop

lots of facilities in spa currently inoperable

pool area was nice enough and kids enjoyed this

partner played a round of golf while i had a massage and used the spa the golf course is very run down more like

room service- i had already messaged ahead to get a menu- was told that it would just be what was

property not a chance but if you are missing anything from the room you can get it at asda as room service

staff member told me that they had a problem with laundry etc which had held the room cleaning of the room uo

free wifi was quite fast and very useful

beds are so comfy and the free wifi, i always try to make a booking at holiday inn or the holiday inn express

close to the airport however not disturbed by noise at all, great staff, lovely bar area and restaurant, room

room 015 was right next to the laundry and staff seemed to be throwing the door as hard as possible more so

thought the wifi was hard to access - sign up for a scheme or i had to have my room number (which i didn't),

restaurant, however, the staff on arrival were really helpful and friendly, a very stylish hotel, wifi was great

no kids macaroni which were only told 10 minutes after we ordered

- was away from main guest area & near laundry room / staff area - hence suspicion as to who was making

no idea why the floor is invaded by housekeeping (who were lovely btw), laundry service and maintenance at 9am

have been nice if public computers for the internet and laundry facilities had been available

the corridor outside our room there was a dirty trolly and a dirty table things on the carpet laundry bundles

channels close to hydro arena and city centre 24 hour m & s 1 minute walk away staff facilitated early check in

the wifi was horrendous

there are no facilities that you might expect in a dorm such as common area, laundry options, kitchen

they don't have a laundry facility and the closest one is close enough, but it's located outside (washing/drying

i guess the maintenance time like laundry and vacuume, it was on the lobby, in rush hours

also the laundry service is not up to standard, i gave in my laundry well before 9am as directed by the

large room with great parking and plenty of hot water

since the pub was very quiet, we got to talk to the two bar tenders for quite a while which was really nice

for 318 per night one would have expected free wifi as well as a laundry service on a sunday

5 small window overlooked hotel's bins & dirty laundry

30am on sunday morning with a laundry van right outside our window/ there was a lot of c hanging and banging

my father passed away the last night and they allowed us a late check out with no extra charge

were rudely awakened just before 5am to the ridiculously loud banging and crashing noises from laundry vans and

had just discontinued their laundry service, which was one of the reasons we had booked, but the front staff

however at 5:15am fishers dependable laundry arrived and started banging around metal containers both into the

conflicting info for services, eg laundry phone number on form yet concierge says to drop there with laundry

oh and there was dirty laundry on the floor of my room
