laundry van arrived at 6:30 outside our room and made a lot of noise, woke us up

dirty/oily marks on the sheets - perhaps a problem with the laundry

history and the location were great; the staff were great, and the laundry lady worked very hard to have our

very noicy room due to laundry machines

needed vacuumed, laundry sacks were left in corridors all day and night, trip hazards, cupboards left open with

our room wasn t ready when we arrived and cleaning staff have all laundry at out our door still when we got

the breakfast was superb, they even had haggis one morning, and the gym, pool, sauna and steam room were all

cold at breakfast, just one of my pet hates

gym equipment could do with a little clean as the handles of the equipment were sticky - would be

sports centre and pool were excellent but were a bit away from the hotel so no wondering downstairs before

first night i was aware of the noise from laundry extractors on our side of the building but they turned off

also, the hotels cleaning service was very peculiar ie emptying every room of dirty laundry and dirty crockery

hotel has free parking which was very useful when we checked in early

was great, only slight down point was the electric shower with poor pressure, however the spa bath makes up for

was an excellent hotel: the room was large with sofas and there was a spa bath with television

it was very reasonably priced, close to the wedding venue i was attending and had good parking

great location, free parking, food was excellent, service was excellent.

i will be back bar staff ask really friendly as well which helps a lot see you all

from reception, housekeeping, laundry, room service, the restaurants, afternoon tea, and the activity teams,

the laundry was returned damp and all my shirts had to re ironed before use.

we were given a (beautiful) suite instead of the family room i'd booked, which resulted in the kids spending

45am by big a huge lorry outside the window, wheeling in towels or laundry
