first night i was aware of the noise from laundry extractors on our side of the building but they turned off

couldn t open window at night due to noise from laundry room vents on side of building

the family room was ideal. separate room with bunk beds for the kids.

gym and spa available to guests is really cool, even if we didn t get to use them in the end

rooms are large and very comfortable, wifi extended to rooms which was an added bonus

and room were dirty, there were piles of laundry in the corridor near the fire exit, electricity didn't work

i wish they would have had laundry facilities.

not a criticism but laundry stored under staircase which seemed odd but its an old converted building so maybe

missing wifi in the room, but i knew it before reservation, so nothing bad about being here

good central location. only issue is parking. great restaurant in a hotel.

liked the pet friendly rooms on ground floor, the location and handy for the bus into town, there was a good

also there was a wedding on when we stayed so kids all played outside our room window so was noisy

wifi and mobile reception wasn't brilliant.

even though not all of the hotel is pet friendly we managed to have a great dinner and a whiskey in the drawing

i think the manager at the bar could be more pleasant for the guests

from the welcoming check in, the delicious room service dinner, the beautiful garden views of the hotel grounds

room service,the breakfast was superb and the garden bistro served delicious food

with good parking and a casual restaurant in the grounds as well as the more formal dining area, this hotel

access from and to motorway, plenty of free parking, very clean newly refurbished rooms and bathroom, very very

parking right outside and good location for our journey home

however some more regular entertainment would suit especially if bringing kids along to keep them amused in

the larger size would struggle there was a dog staying in the room opposite us so i am guessing pets are allowed

it looked terrific but once in room we realised couldn t use lift because it was always full of laundry and

bar manager was amazing friendly and calm, he seemed to hold the place together very well

very clean, friendly staff and on-site parking.

small and we only had just enough room to lay side by side , the shower needs something to hold a bar of soap

45am by big a huge lorry outside the window, wheeling in towels or laundry

5am wake call from very loud staff and delivery driver loading out and in laundry cages.

around the pool side, no one delivered towels resulting in me having to use a tool from the dirty laundry

our room window on the sunday morning at 6am banging about either collecting or dropping off laundry l

history and the location were great; the staff were great, and the laundry lady worked very hard to have our

laundry van arrived at 6:30 outside our room and made a lot of noise, woke us up

our room wasn t ready when we arrived and cleaning staff have all laundry at out our door still when we got

needed vacuumed, laundry sacks were left in corridors all day and night, trip hazards, cupboards left open with

view out of the window(a fence and laundry line) blinds were damaged and didn t close properly toilet roll

what i saw briefly, perhaps needs more storage for laundry, one other thing was perhaps to change sign on wall

room service- i had already messaged ahead to get a menu- was told that it would just be what was

property not a chance but if you are missing anything from the room you can get it at asda as room service

rooms have some lovely quirky features and the bathroom was big enough for a round of golf

wifi is very poor, gave up & used mobile data.

the excellent evening meal taken in the main bar took me back to the less sterile facilities which made eating

the room was next to a communal kitchen and so we felt lack of privacy

wifi signal wasn't great but this want a problem as we were happy to get away from the wifi!

rooms were stylish the wifi was good the location is superb for the university and the access to the city centre

i payed 25 extra to have a pet with me, which seemed excessive and should probably be a returnable deposit

no elevator. lots of stairs. no laundry service.

were unfortunately next door to a couple with screaming kids but that was not the hotels fault

however at 5:15am fishers dependable laundry arrived and started banging around metal containers both into the
