the sunday lunch was excellent. however room service wasn't open late enough.

no bar in the hotel; not enough towels without having to ask.

negative a small one would be the bar area and outside area for sunny days although the pub is a bit up the road

we enjoyed hot sandwiches via room service, which were more than generous,and served with huge chunky chips

told that room service was available, then being treated as though we had done something wrong by using this

spa facilities lovely, the only downside it was busy

for alternative accommodation breakfast is basic - tasty food but the choice is 3 star at best wifi worked in

check in and out was easy & staff were helpful with late check out as we requested last minute

the food was amazing, as was breakfast at wilfred's restaurant the next morning

meal in the restaurant was expensive and i wished i'd used the bar as their menu was better value

being woken up early with laundry carts being wheeled through courtyard.

the staff was so polite and helpful and gave us free access to swimming pool for kids

size, comfy bed, exterior of building, friendly staff, warm rooms, black out curtains, late check out, lovely

i really had to say anything negative, the wifi isn t great in the ground floor executive wing but this isn

expensive laundry, nearly eight pounds per shirt, my hotel in central london three pounds per shirt

can be useful when travelling with kids/taking refrigerated medications etc so this was a nice touch

some works being carried out by builders however on further inspection it appeared to be the laundry service

towels thin and laundry smelt like an old people's home no complimentary water paper cups and stirrers, no hot

woken up at 7:15am to a truck taking away laundry, banging around outside for at least 30 mins

the facilities were perfect for my stay, comfy bed, clean bathroom, good wifi etc & the breakfast was really

when you spend ages looking forward to having a relaxing time from the kids having a room which you can enjoy

dogs ok in the bar when eating, but there are only two tables so you'll need to book

let you down ordered a chicken burger from room service chips were cold and not at all crisp -very soggy and

were very helpful, they were happy to order taxis for us and accomodated our request for an early check in

when we got out of the lift on the 4 th floor we were greeted with dirty laundry and

spa mens ahowers had no soap, lockers not in use, infact the changing facilities need a

great having use of the gym and swimming pool which we used both days of our stay

our shopping was being kept in the laundry store and it was returned to us in tact

location was great. slightly tired but clean and pleasant. good parking.

a lovely stay at the hotel and used the bar, gym and swimming which were excellent

room had no wifi, dead light bulbs and a worn, wrinkled carpet so, after two nights, we requested a change

and shouting when confronted about his bahaviour he started lying , there was a machine i think a laundry working
