poor level of items in the room for a 4 star hotel for example, no pen or paper, no laundry bag or facilities

laundry room was either freezing or boiling hot no way of regulating the temperature in the

hotel was quiet, had good parking close to the building, yet was a mere ten minutes from the centre of stratford

we rang down for room service around 11pm but was told all hot food had stopped and cold only order sandwiches
