outsite pool was small for such a big hotel. parking garage 20 euro per day.

room service was quick and efficient, as well as being very tasty

they reopened the bar late at night so we could get a welcome nightcap on our return

also, the place runs amok with kids, screaming, yelling, running, inside and out

rooms were quiet and clean, the laundry service was quick and staff greeted you with a smile

they seem to have put the prices up somewhat (basement bar excepted).

this hotel, superb breakfast, lovely big room and a bathroom with bath and shower, perfect stay

bedroom very hot, without ac basic breakfast

location is amazing, the original spa dates back to 1843 although of course it is now completely modern and well

bed was fine! location ok, enough parking. wifi had mixed reception, not superb but good enough.

chose this hotel because it was on our route to southern spain and was pet friendly and had secure parking

difficult to find car park on arrival. wifi was rather unreliable

were pleasantly surprised by this hotel, which seemed quite new, was clean and modern and had a bar and restaurant

as i am a pilgrim walker he advised me where to find a laundry, the tourist information office and a good place

nothing particular to mention. maybe a terrace for the bar would be a plus.

to note the parking spaces are a little tight so beware if you have a larger than average car

our was big and spacious, comfy beds, and internet/wifi worked like a charm

hotel is pet friendly and no extra charges are applied which is something very rare in spain and just for

value for money, pet friendly, conveniently situated, comfy bed and pillow, underground parking

pet hairs on the bed, but knew the hotel accepted pets before i booked so guess was to be expected

no wifi in the rooms :/

us due to travelling bu motorcycle - it was up some narrow stairs, away from parking and had no wifi signal

couldn't work out if there were any facilities like gym but not really an issue

again this may not be a surprise to most, but we brought along three little kids, and that was a long timme

we had room service burgers one night too

the staff were excellent, especially the bar man who was extremely helpful and really friendly.

the food was not very warm and my fish needed to go back to the kitchen to be cooked again

check in is a bit slow and the wifi password should be printed and not hand written (we tried a few times to

first aid for some camino blisters; the room was big and clean, with sophisticated lighting and wifi; and the

very good wifi, airco and shower pressure

there was no laundry bag

in 5 min walk there is a laundry service, market and parking

it's not easy to travel with kids, and it's just great when u have people that help and make u feel at home :
