a medium size hotel with own spa circuit

the spa were closed in the weekdays

spa closes at 18.30. most of the rooms without bath.

the spa was very good.

open in peak heat our with only 2 shading umbrellas no flexibility at all and if you want to do laundry you can

minimum is 18y no laundry service in august

their wifi service (their one advertised included service) does not work with apple products

we enjoyed eating and drinking on the terrace, swimming in the pool

swimming poole lacked sun beds. had to pay extra for spa facilities

also, the place runs amok with kids, screaming, yelling, running, inside and out

we had a car and didn't want to stay in bilbao proper as parking and driving can be difficult when returning

our was big and spacious, comfy beds, and internet/wifi worked like a charm

i would have liked to be able to make tea in the room and room service.

problem was that i could not get the ev charger to work

also, i found the wifi to be very slow and almost unusable at points so i am happy that i wasn't working during

great place! the only thing is the wifi was unstable and really slow

were lovely and really accommodating - they allowed me a late check out no dramas because of an information

they also had a kids menu which was the only one we saw during our 5-day stay in northern spain

close to city center, almost everything within walking distance, staff was polite and helpful, wifi fast and

used the laundry service twice and both times we received our garments back already in the afternoon: this

no white wine in the mini bar & only possible to buy a full bottle in the reception :/

the gym is old and does not provide all you can expect.
