really, really, really weird that someone else's laundry ended up in our room

property charged my card before i reached the property, and the room did not have a sink nor laundry services

there was no breakfast and laundry room was out order

did not like that there was no on site laundry area

didn't have breakfast because i didn't get to bed until 3:00 am, and by the time i woke up, it was already
