i found out on this trip that i could do laundry which was a big bonus

dinner was very good with good choices. no laundry facilities

and since you offer laundry service a washing machine that doesn t take several hours to do one load

position of room looked out over laundry collection. window catch broken/loose.

would have liked to find some sort of laundry room / facility

rooms were clean smell of laundry powder from bedding smelt nice

do the laundry, but never mentioned they charge 6 for it

john provided an excellent laundry service for modest cost

the lack of a laundry service meant we had to look elsewhere to freshen up our clothing.

they have good covid measures in place and its pet friendly

it was very clean room was perfect spacious car parking breakfast was lovely

big plenty of room , nice comfy clean thick carpet all through out hotel , staff so freindly took breakfast up

the breakfast was lovely and our evening meals from the curry club were fantastic with huge portions

but disabled access was full of laundry bags

wifi was very poor

member of the bar staff who seemed to like a good moan

the bar was well stocked and the wines on offer were exceptional

manager who greeted us was not the most welcoming and we could hear her talking loudly to the bar worker about

fantastic evening meal and breakfast.

breakfast and dinner were great , very lovely menu , deserts were limited and the pannacotta wasn

felt the drinks at the bar were rather expensive

excellent breakfast with a wide choice for a small hotel, fantastic views and safe beach for kids and dogs

we arrived there was no parking available for our guest house but was able to use a parking space that was

the members of staff that we met at breakfast and in the bar were super helpful, friendly, smartly dressed and

property was in a great location, parking available onsite and great views of the water

the delicious cooked to order breakfast the parking for our car all of it

the only downside is it s supposed to be a pet friendly hotel, but you can only take your dog in your room

the whole place was spotless thanks to the housekeeper bar staff were both

our favourite things were the food and the spa bath in our room

found hair in the drain of the tub wifi was very weak, otherwise comfortable the meals were super and the staff

from reception, housekeeping, laundry, room service, the restaurants, afternoon tea, and the activity teams,

the laundry was returned damp and all my shirts had to re ironed before use.

bar, restaurant and pool facilities were all fantastic and the staff at the grill were so accommodating and

love the great scott bar and cameron grill

breakfast was fabulous, the only thing it could have been hoter

was so comfy and cosy,with lots of room,and the use of facilities ie laundry room ,kitchen and sitting room free

also available: a common living room and a self service laundry equipment

we managed to do a bit of laundry which was useful

wifi was a bit hit and miss but this is more to do with this area

atmosphere was also really good in the bar, had a lovely meal served by lovely people

we liked the laundry service

loved that we could book adjoining rooms so that parents could sleep in separate rooms for the kids

kids had an uncomfortable sleep on a hard as rock sofa bed

some sort of kids convention knocking on doors when trying to sleep

adjacent to glasgow airport, and the 24/hr check in and late check out (12pm) made this a very comfortable and

room itself- ground floor opposite the laundry room

no laundry facilities

staff member told me that they had a problem with laundry etc which had held the room cleaning of the room uo

walking distance to the airport which was helpful with two small kids

to do with the hotel but other guests making loud noises in the early hours, kids shouting

the cafe is 10 out of 10 the facilities for us and the kids 10 out of 10 great value

our room wasn t ready when we arrived and cleaning staff have all laundry at out our door still when we got

needed vacuumed, laundry sacks were left in corridors all day and night, trip hazards, cupboards left open with

comfortable rooms, pool was lovely. staff friendly

wifi/signal is patchy in some rooms.

restaurant was closed, however we went down to the local pub and had a nice bar meal

history and the location were great; the staff were great, and the laundry lady worked very hard to have our

dirty/oily marks on the sheets - perhaps a problem with the laundry

very noicy room due to laundry machines

laundry van arrived at 6:30 outside our room and made a lot of noise, woke us up

so much space and the bar room / cinema room was an amazing surprise

house had so many facilities to keep kids happy! very spacious and lovely log fire

the corridor outside our room there was a dirty trolly and a dirty table things on the carpet laundry bundles

no idea why the floor is invaded by housekeeping (who were lovely btw), laundry service and maintenance at 9am

only 15 minute walk to the convention centre, the kids had their own room, and the breakfast was a great start

the area is lovely, with lots of excellent bars and restaurants, the park nearby and quiet at night, and the

amazing very clean and very comfortable was bigger than i expected even had an extra room free wifi no password

on second day when i left my laundry outside door to be exchanged, we returned to our room to find that new

our room was in the basement next to the laundry

the laundry room music and construction below was very loud and annoying

beside the laundry, no hot water, and no usb plugs in room

bedroom was in the dungeons, walked past the laundry room,

the laundry service was excellent, timely and efficient

also the laundry service is not up to standard, i gave in my laundry well before 9am as directed by the

selected this castle hotel because the kids really wanted to stay in a castle

they had love heart made towels and petals
