they put us next door to a laundry room and could hear banging all night from that

overpriced, small rooms and no room service.

it's advertised as pet friendly but on arrival we had to pay extra for our small dog and we had to sign a

lots of activities for the kids , especially when baby shark made an entrance

the trip was ruined by a 100 laundry bill for one bag of laundry

one occupant, i was given a room prepared for two occupants, and hence when i left, the amount of laundry would
