ample parking and a bar with a log fire

a first floor lounge overlooking the loch as well as the ground floor lounge in addition to the bar area was a

parking . all spaces taken up when we arrived

the restaurants both dinner and breakfast were excellent with great variety of local produce (lamb,shellfish,

was perfect,views were stunning and having tilly the family pet plenty of walking

the location, the cleanliness, view from the room and activities for kids

wifi was poor. couldn't use my chromecast. sausages not the best at breakfast.....re heated?

lovely staff were great location was good apart from the road in plenty of activities if you have kids

there was a gym and spa and a large (25metre long) swimming pool that is open to all (but not children until

pool changing area was cold water for shower in room difficult to control kept going freezing then

bubbles for the spa bath did not work which we were looking forward to using.

the spa bath in our room didn't work

wifi not great/intermittent but wasn t an issue for us

had a deluxe room loved the spa bath and the fact that the bathroom and the hallway had underfloor heating a

staff is outstanding, the breakfast and dinner were very good / tasty, the rooms are comfortable, parking is

was so comfy and cosy,with lots of room,and the use of facilities ie laundry room ,kitchen and sitting room free

we managed to do a bit of laundry which was useful

also available: a common living room and a self service laundry equipment

atmosphere was also really good in the bar, had a lovely meal served by lovely people

disappointed that there was no room service due to covid

is a broom cupboard very small with a view of the staff smoking area, empty beer kegs over the laundry room with

old laundry bags and residents glasses and plates left in corridors and not moved the whole time of our

laundry was left out as discussed with housekeeping but not done

had a back bedroom which was near their laundry room

view it s really stunning, house really clean, spacious and the upstairs games room kept us and kids busy

the beds were comfy, the upstairs games room entertained us, and a big kitchen for self-catering

suggestion is a fridge upstairs next to the bar to store drinks but its no big deal really to go to the kitchen

house had so many facilities to keep kids happy! very spacious and lovely log fire

i would recommend getting a bigger too if taking your pet

parking was busy, as digger took up a few spaces, no tv signals, ongoing problems since early

the bar was well stocked and the wines on offer were exceptional

breakfast was equally good

breakfast was good but could have been bigger portions. very friendly staff and good service.

but disabled access was full of laundry bags

proceeded outside to their outside bar which was covered and we had a heater above us snd chiminee beside us

felt the cost of room service was really high would have liked to have breakfast in bed but it was too costly

room service by chamber staff could be improved

we arrived there was no parking available for our guest house but was able to use a parking space that was

car parking upon arrival staff friendly and we received an early check in 20 minutes walk into the

i found out on this trip that i could do laundry which was a big bonus

rooms were clean smell of laundry powder from bedding smelt nice

would have liked to find some sort of laundry room / facility
