i had asked for laundry service the evening i arrived and was told to bring

staff were helpful the tunnocks caramel logs were great idea and enjoyed very much the laundry was very efficient

are very spacious and spotlessly clean, the beds are so comfy including the sofa beds which the kids always

great budget, spacious room, was near m&d theme park and the kids had fun

smell of the laundry, towels and bedding had a smoky smell

they were helpful in numerous ways, including helping us find a laundry nearby, as we were there for seven

marks on bed linen indicating poor laundry quality

i need to mention about good price for bar drinks

had one night stay with kids and the room had everything we needed

stairwells were covered in cigarette ends, trays and trays of dirty glasses and crockery and laundry trolleys

spa was a little busy and people did not move out the hot tub for over 45 minutes
