it's in the perfect spot and not too fussy. clean and warm. wifi and free parking are a bonus

s very convenient & pet friendly suggestion: this place would be even better if each room had their

country atmosphere and ample parking.

there is no laundry service so this is a short stay hotel

the lack of gym, and laundry services but guess can t have it all.

for kids-no games room, no outdoor play area etc given that most visitors to the hotel will be families

every member of staff i spoke to was so lovely, and i got an great surprise they had laundry facilities on site

and as i walked through the lapwing wing of the building in the morning, the smell of fresh laundry was lovely

the room stayed was above the laundry room, noise from the washing machine late night, couldn t sleep so well

did not like being so close to the laundry room. the tv was not working properly

bit noisy outside my room due to the proximity to the laundry

were part of a large wedding party staying there and we all hoped to meet in the bar after the wedding

our bedroom (57) was right next to a laundry servicing area, which was noisy well into the night (~11 pm)

but unfortunately we had the laundry skips at the back of us & was woken 8am monday by the trolleys being

situated opposite a cleaning store cupboard, which was regularly open and unattended with bedding laundry and

were by the laundry machines below our room

in one of the rooms (room 28) the view is immediately and closely facing outside the hotels dirty laundry which

in a couple of times the view out right outside of the room's window was one of the hotel's dirty laundry waiting

could not open curtains in the morning as laundry cages were being moved around immediately outside our window
