the room was satisfactory, and one plus point is that laundry facilities are provided

spa and treatment was a disappointment as only one lady works there and normally fully booked

we paid for the balcony & the room size was very generous, would be happy to come back with kids

bringing something needed in the bathroom straight up to the room and when we ordered late night room service

like the face you have to pre authorise the card 50 if you want room service yes i get that you will need to

pounds for room service bit much also no parking so had to park in red bays at 2 pounds an hour and it adds up

had to pay 10 an hour for late check out but at least there was that option!

arrival the reception did not look so inviting, but things did get better from there , got an early check in

i left some notes for the room service and they listen to it, which hardly ever happens when i stay at hotels

i left milk in the sink in water to keep it cool until i returned from work only to find that room service had

very friendly staff and always very fussy with our pet dog

was unfortunate that the spa and leisure facilities were closed for refurbishment but didn't not much we could

in one of the rooms (room 28) the view is immediately and closely facing outside the hotels dirty laundry which

could not open curtains in the morning as laundry cages were being moved around immediately outside our window

in a couple of times the view out right outside of the room's window was one of the hotel's dirty laundry waiting

a high floor but was put on the ground floor with a view of the laundry carts and nothing else

to step in the shower, radiator was on full heat so had to open windows so a waste, room outside laundry so

in the outside room number 24 so disturbed on four occasions by staff going to laundry room not the best as was

very modern clean great value for money , nice bar ! will definitely stay again!

was an excellent host at meet and greet arranged an early check in as we had to catch a train to london so

not the hotels fault but a johnsons laundry service truck driver ignored the give way to oncoming traffic sign
