we had a pet with us which we're pleased to say was made very welcome, including in the main hotel lounge

the extra beds for the kids, camp beds which were faulty, nearly fell through them

lovely countryside location away from traffic, plenty of parking spaces

being woken up early with laundry carts being wheeled through courtyard.

i asked for a late check out, hung the busy dreaming sign on my door but the maids kept knocking anyway and
