choice, staff throughout the hotel were excellent in service and very attentive throughout - good parking facility

so for dinner we relied on room service and the food was really good as well

the initial drive into the parking area of the hotel was awfully depressing

the bed was so comfortable, the shower was great and the breakfast was the best i ve ever had in a hotel

restaurant was a bit fancy for the kids?

we had no problems with the wifi or tv signals

all the relevant information was given re access/keys/wifi/breakfast etc and we were invited to ask for help

was left on over night, i think it was the extractor fan for the kitchen, which our family room was above

also the bar area was very small, although the real fire was lovely

room we had was opposite toilets which wasn't ideal ,also we had the laundry room one side and kitchen the other

wifi sometimes cut out in our room but wasn't an issue for us.

the spa is small but perfect, we enjoyed our jacuzzi and an evening on the bar balcony with views of the beach

also parking is pretty scarce, we were lucky to get a spot
