we were booked into a caravan nearby with the kids and thought it would be nice if the newly weds had a plush

room was clean, breakfast great, location and views were excellent and parking was great

traditional coaching inn, right in the centre of bude with free parking

have been here before, and my stay is always great, wifi can be a bit weak in some rooms

large family room with the bunk beds for kids was excellent

ordered a roast dinner for room service, all in all it was ok, but it definitely tasted like it had been warmed

housekeepers needs to pay more attention to detail around replenishing the fridge and general room service

bathrooms, slight smell of wet dog on level three on the carpeted hallways, also seems that 24/hr room service

was a really nice surprise that all the drinks in the fridge were included, as well breakfast

fashioned furniture no usb socket wifi not secure

no issues with parking either, as there is a large carpark

poor room service options - just bar snacks and drinks.

the bistro bar meals were excellent but almost too generous

guest laundry is a great idea

there is a laundry, water machine in corridor and breakfast is nice

as world travellers, we loved that there was a guest laundry

everything except the food. the laundry was a bonus.

also we were treated to free tokens for the laundry, which was kind and free parking

the cost for laundry was quite expensive

had room 4, which was very clean and tidy with lots of tea, coffee, and good wifi

not a lot i can say could be better! it had wifi, it had on-suites in the room and a heater!

think our room was near a laundry room

had previously confirmed via email that there would be self laundry facilities, but they didn't exist

everything was nice and clean, lovely staff, room service was fast everything was excellent

the gym wasn t v big and boiling hot

the wifi was rubbish, just too slow (in a club room)

i got lost every morning going for breakfast

room cleanliness and size, wifi, proximity to town centre, chloe on reception was fantastic

it didn t have its own car park and no full english breakfast.

room service food was great and the wait wasn t long from ordering it

the breakfast was nice but a little expensive, especially for the kids who don t eat a lot

were put in the rooms outside of the castle which was disappointing, rubbish and laundry from previous guests

the bathroom was tired and definitely in need of a little tlc laundry despite being advertised was unavailable

reception didn t seem bothered and offered a late check out at 12, when check out is 11

no mayonnaise to go with a bacon sandwich at breakfast if i was to be picky, can t think of anything

chatted to the owner in the bar the night we stayed and found roy a very warm and friendly person who had the

watching the weather forecast gradually becoming more alarming, i looked over at my 2 sleeping kids and thought

their breakfast, phenomenal, the building/its interior are done to a high standard & it felt like hone

cracking pub just down the road, but great bar at the hotel too

bathroom in our executive room was tiny, we were right next to the laundry room so at 7am on sunday morning we

room for our children the room we were put it was on the same floor as the swimming pool so the kids loved

the room service tray charge. i couldnt leave the room because my child was asleep

the gym was very well equipped, and it was lovely to have access to the sauna, steam room, and pool

views, friendly staff from reception to gym to room service to breakfast, amazing breakfast and the breakfast

some housekeeping issues, few cobwebs, the odd stain on laundry, mini-bar fridge warm inside (but duly reported

chaps on the bar were brilliant and spa staff helpful

there's a standard pet charge, which felt fair given the service

especially when a party of golfers may have seen more than intended when arriving for their putt

spa was amazing, great free parking

the room seemed to be above or close to the laundry and you could hear it most of the night

also on a similar vein my room must have been close to the laundry room, because i put some of my things on

ambience to the dinner room with the music trickling through from the bar area

staff friendly and helped us with an early check in

dining and breakfast is highly recommended complimented by a wide range of drinks in the bar area all in a

privacy was lacking as our window over looked the laundry room and court yard as it was on the ground floor

needs a window blind in the bathroom, the window is just facing out to the front street and the wifi password

beautiful, the rooms were clean and comfortable and there was sky tv which was a novelty for our kids

friendliness of all the staff, we loved our stay and will be going back again, plenty to eat for breakfast,

hotel, great food/breakfast, very clean and staff very friendly and helpful

there was a charge on our room service bill for bar drinks (we didn't have any)

reception staff at check in were very good, as were the staff who dealt with the room service

able to swop our room as i forgot to ask for a bath size of room service v good

the staff did so much to make it a romantic occasion with red rose petals on the tables
