literally given the furthest away room from elevator and denied late check out

there is a gym and small inside pool that were open with some covid19 restrictions

i needed a late check out and the staff allowed me to do it despite the fact they were busy.

the room was a little small and there is no pool just a gym and a giant courtyard but who cares about a courtyard in the fall/winter time

until 3:30 am there were after hour parties with booming music, and vomiting ‘underage kids’ outside on the street

front desk, shuttle bus driver and people in cafeteria are very kind and willing to help

our 2 kids slept on the sofa bed, comfy enough

level 3 for breakfast and gathering place with tables

they should not advertise a bar because you could only get beer or wine
