the room was super clean and spacious, staff was terrific and helped us with early check-in and late check out, and there's lots of restaurants, movies, etc within walking distance

no capacity issues with the gym

on vacation with my kids seven of them but the pool was closed

noise by kids running up and the hallway and no one did nothing about it there was noise saturday night and

check in was pleasant staff very helpful offered late check out

i like the little bar that you had in your lobby and the staff was awesome

gym was very safely set up

that it was a big issue, i would have had a couple of drinks but the bar was out of grey goose and tito's vodka

i loved everything. this is the best place to stay in the area, bar none.

she gave us a late check out and was very understanding

a hotel to charge you $28 per day for use of the pool and gym when you are not using either one of the areas does not bode well for me

for the price, one would expect room service, however there wasn t for the entire 4 day stay.

the room was a little small and there is no pool just a gym and a giant courtyard but who cares about a courtyard in the fall/winter time

if you’re coming here to swim with your kids indoors during the winter months, find another hotel

very safe zone for kids and elderly

my kids were disappointed the pool wasn’t open, but understood as things aren’t quite back to

they allowed a late check out so that i could fit an unexpected call

room very big. i don't use shuttle. the location was good for the competition.

there is free onsite parking and close enough to nyc, they are right in fort lee which is right over the george

my family didn t seem to mind but it bothered me and i asked for room service to clean the room the next day while we were out

only booked this hotel because of the advertisement of a shuttle, gym and swimming pool

like that they accommodated to the late check out

also the snack bar in the lobby comes very in handy parking as well

great stay. kids enjoyed the pool. breakfast was good.
