slippers late check out location comfort of beds

a nice warm pool with pool toys for the kids, amazing restaurant, and they had a lot of personal touches like

the gym is basic but perfectly adequate for a travel workout

very comfortable beds and large facility with free parking

we like the location, free parking, easy check in and out and the suites are awesome.

first morning i missed the breakfast time by 10 minutes, the receptionist was hospitable enough to provide me

that the laundry is gross and holds water and loud!!

friendly and whenever i needed something (plates for the kitchen, toothpaste, quarters for the laundry machine, etc

great the breakfast was good roomservice was great but by far the best part of this stay was the late check out i was allowed- fantastic i stay here often but for see some reason all my points

channels were not available, the air unit in our room was insanely loud, and after i verified my late check out twice, we were still called and had multiple employees come to the door and had our

my first room smelled like cigarettes and the kids where noisy

room keys didn't work either day we were there, we had 3 small kids with us and this was very inconvenient

poor sound isolation - kids in a neighboring room loudly ran around till 11pm, we could not fall asleep early

the hotels sits opposite a retail park with a bowling facility which is nice however no kids after 7pm

due to covid the pool was closed and wished that it highlighted that some amenities were

lobby bar is so noisy that i could not hear the young lady who was checking us in

staff was a little rude, the restaurant lacked options for families/kids

don't like this no more complimentary breakfast or microwave in the room no coffee to make coffee

the wonderful pool, kind staff, wonderful breakfast for my children and i.

she was able to get me early check-in and late check out, which was a big help

in bedroom malfunctioned - got bad info about food on 16th floor, but had a great meal in bar on 2nd

business school where i was spending some time immediately after i also really appreciated the gym

late check out was huge for us since we didn't get in until midnight

the self serve laundry facilities were a huge bonus and came in very handy

issue unexpectedly no questions asked no explanation needed they free of charge offered us a late check out all the way until 2:00 and weren't banging on the door and being rude at 1:59 like

their breakfast was top of the line with multiple buffet style options

they gym was brand news with great equipment and at least 2x the size of a typical gym

its covid so we had breakfast in bags. the food was ok and it was enough.
