pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym facilities are very good

we arrived late with 3 kids no room service or even crisps in

the kids absolutely loved the indoor pool, which added extra fun to our stay

breakfast was buffet style, lovey choice of hot cooked english, pastries, fruit salad and yoghurt

also room service did not take long to arrive at our door when we called

fantastic to be able to park onsite, and ample parking space available

the kids enjoyed the breakfast and the style of the room

gym was excellent

the parking is great too, small car park but plenty of space, and there is space on the road to park

was helpful at checkout with our bags as we had 3 big luggates and 2 golf bags and he helped us to move it to the right waiting area where the shuttle bus will stop

i was upgraded to a huge room! breakfast included. highly recommend

the gym and pool facilities were quite nice as well

the comfortability and the fact that my kids were also pleased with it

by terrible wifi and over zealousness in shutting the bar to meet the 10'pm curfew

it also has a gym, pool and spa which are available to guests

room service took 2 sets of towels away each day but only replaced one

took great care of my kids and i during this peculiar season
